Fluke has its own calibrations laboratories in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Germany, and authorized service partners in most of the other countries in Europe. All These calibration laboratories work together as a single calibration network: CalNet.
CalNet can issue the calibration certificates you need to meet ISO 9000 standards. CalNet guarantees traceability and access to the best calibration facilities the network can offer. Because of constant information exchange and comparing standards within the network, traceability increases while inaccuracy and uncertainty decreases.
CalNet is able to help you meet the calibration needs of not only equipment made by Fluke but also other manufacturers products. It is a network that provides you with some real key advantages:
The need for calibration is directly related to the specific tasks performed by your equipment. CalNet is able to provide you with the services tailored to your need which include:
Fluke can perform calibrations in different ways, so you can choose the calibration which has the best fit to your quality system, in relation to the price. The calibrations are divided in 4 levels, each with their specific procedure, from which the details are described hereafter.
Traceable calibration with certificate. Adjustments are carried out if points are at 70% of specification or worse. If points are out of specification, a report with measurement data is supplied before adjustment.
Traceable calibration with certificate and a report with measurement data. Adjustments are carried out if points are at 70% of specification or worse. If points are out of specification, a report with measurement data is supplied before adjustment.
Accredited calibration (RvA, etc.) with a certificate and report with measurement data. No adjustments are performed. For each point, the measurement uncertainty is provided.
Accredited calibration (RvA, etc.) with a certificate and report with measurement data before and after possible adjustment. For each point, the measurement uncertainty is provided.
For a large number of units, the logistic process of collecting, packing, sending, receiving and returning to the user is a time consuming operation. This can take up to 5 working days, during which the equipment is not available for the user. That's why Fluke offers you the possibility to calibrate your equipment at your own site.
Fluke (UK) offers an "On-Site" opportunity for Fluke and Robin industrial products.
We have at our disposal teams of technician with a complete set of calibration standards. All the calibrations can then be concentrated in one or more periods. The equipment stays at your location and the turnaround time for the user is always within one day!
The calibrations are performed in the same manner as in the workshop and will also be fully administrative finished. This means, a sticker on the equipment, a certificate and a complete list off all performed calibration points with status information on type number level. This list can also be provided as a data file, so your management system can be updated automatically.
It is possible that for certain equipment calibration at your location it is not possible for technical reasons. For this equipment the calibration in our workshop will be fully coordinated by our technician. This is also for equipment that we can subcontract for you. The advantages for you are; less logistic work, as short as possible turnaround times and direct contact with our technician.
For the onsite calibration, only a room for the installation of our calibration standards and, a coordinator to deliver the equipment is required.
To ensure that you realize maximum productivity from your equipment and assist you in building the base for your own ISO quality management program, Fluke is committed to helping you achieve the highest possible quality standards. We can help you keep your test, measurement, and calibration equipment at consistently high levels of operation and accuracy. Fluke is dedicated to ISO standards in controlling our own processes and quality of support.
Fluke’s policy on statements of conformity to specifications or a standard for the calibration as referred to in ISO 17025:2017 is below. If the described policy is not acceptable, or if more information is needed, please contact us.
The applies to all Fluke locations.
Fluke accredited laboratories are transitioning from IEC/ISO 17025 revision 2005 to 2017.
ISO and ILAC have issued a joint letter indicating the transition period for laboratories to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 revision 2017: .
Note: All Fluke 17025 accredited laboratories will have their on-site re-accreditation assessments to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by November 30, 2020.
When you receive an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration from any Fluke facility around the world, you can be assured that the calibration results are accepted in every country. The organizations that accredit Fluke facilities such as UKAS, NVLAP, A2LA, SCC (CLAS), DAkkS and RvA are all recognized by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and are members of the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA). This means that calibration certificates bearing the logo from these organizations are recognized by other signatories to the ILAC MRA, which includes most of the world. More information about the ILAC MRA can be found at the website. For information on European Accreditation, visit their website at .
Some Fluke facilities are registered to ISO 9001 and share a globalized Quality Management System ensuring the same level of process controls and quality across facilities. Fluke has an ongoing commitment to quality through the continuous improvement process required by the internationally recognized ISO 9001 Quality System registration.

Fluke is able to calibrate most of the electrical equipment herself. But also for the management of your total assets Fluke is the proper choice.
Fluke is able to subcontract all calibration and repairs, which we cannot perform ourselves, to other suppliers in an efficient way. Therefore Fluke has cooperation agreements with a number of well known suppliers, like Agilent Technologies B.V., Tektronix, Rohde & Schwarz.
Furthermore Fluke has a large database of suppliers, were on regular basis calibrations and repairs are subcontracted. All this subcontracted work is fully handled by Fluke. Calibration information of this equipment is included in our system. In this way we can clearly report on the total assets.
